Altars Of Madness = 2 CD, Digipack, Ultimate Edition = (CD)
"Altars Of Madness" is an absolute death metal milestone. The album is mentioned in the same breath as "Seven Churches" by Possessed and was in the U.S. significantly responsible for the high flight of U.S. death metal bands of the late eighties. Over 30 years later, the album is being re-released in the Ultimate Edition. The Full Dynamic Range sound comes directly from the original analogue tapes and thus comes without any compression. More oldschool is not possible! To top it all off, the complete concert in Nottingham from 1989 is recorded on the 2nd CD. The band played their complete debut + bonus songs.
