Fragrant World (CD)

Yeasayer is moving even further into electronic territory here, building off of the direction that Odd Blood introduced. There are more than a few Of Montreal-esque moments present but this is hardly a rip off. Anyway, I like this side of the group but I am definitely more into the sound they had on All Hour Cymbals. The band is slowly declining album to album but this is still quite an effort. I hope they pick it up for their 4th album instead of continuing to decline in quality.
