Live in concert 1977 (CD)
Organist Jon Lord and drummer Ian Paice wanted to try something different. They'd worked with Ashton, Gardner and Dyke front man Tony Ashton (remember Resurrection Shuffle"?), in the studio and live before. Now the pair decided to form a new "supergroup", PAICE, ASHTON, LORD. Auditions brought in guitarist Bernie Marsden from Babe Ruth, and Paul Martinez on bass. This rare live recording was made during a UK performance for TV and has never been issued in full on CD before.
