Heaven And Beyond (CD)
The Dutch neo-progressive rock band Knight Area is characterized by heavy guitars, pounding rhythm sections, fluent synths, and melodic vocals. In their own words, they describe their music as "symphonic rock music with a variety of styles with very melodic keyboards and guitars." Knight Area was founded in 2004 by Dutch keyboard player Gerben Klazinga. The band found a steady line-up with guitarist Mark Bogert and bassist Peter Vink (ex-Q65, Finch, Ayreon). With these new members the band produces a heavier, fuller sound as can be heard on the new album 'Heaven And Beyond'.
