French pianist, composer and author Jean Jacques Chardeau has been around in discography since 1989, producing several mainly Lounge Music type of albums.His career though includes also trips outside France, most notably in Canada, and a huge influential spectrum.From 2000 he started working in the ''Horse potree'' series and his rather large guest list included among others former Mahavishnu Orchestra's violin player Jerry Goodman and ex-Magma throbbing bassist Bernard Paganotti.The first of these releases ''Instrumental selection'' saw the light at the end of 2005, and it is exactly what its title refers to: an instrumental selection of Chardeau's repertoire.
