The inexhaustible Neil Young returns with "Chrome dreams II", the sequel to a never-released album that eventually mutated into "American stars & bars". Produced by the Volume Brothers (Young and Niko Bolas), the pseudo-concept epic features a numerous cast of players, including members of his long-time backing band, CRAZY HORSE, and vocals from his wife, Peggy Young.
