Originally released in 1977, as this French progressive artist's music is totally all-new to me. Liked this title about as much as I did his 'Platock' lp (see my review). Not even sure if this album has ever had a legit CD release. Nonetheless, I got plenty out of the title cut opener "Le Desert Noir", the rather upbeat jazzy "Bulgaro-Feld", "Hot Love" and the two-parter "Jupiter Forever - Part 1" and "Jupiter Forever - Part II". Personnel: Alain Markusfeld - guitar, bass, piano & vocals, Patricia Markusfeld - vocals and Jean-Francois Leroi - drums & percussion. Not what I usually listen to - but every now and again I like to expand my horizons.
