Inspired by anti artists like Marcel Duchamp, Luigi Russolo and The New Blockaders the group started out as a noise live group with the intention to create a new form of anti art with a nostalgic feeling. Creating what they call "TNM ANTi-artefacts", this is objects inspired by their anti-sound recordings. They also wrote a manifesto called 'X' even before they ever recorded something in the name of The New Movement, with this manifesto TNM stand the ground to reject everything, and brake new grounds for the anti-art to 'move' forward. Excerpt from manifesto 'X': '...There is a world out there ready to be destroyed... This is why we reject the living and resurrect the dead!' No instruments are used and all Anti-artifacts are made from junk, scraps, found stuff etc. Only homemade or secondhand electronics stuff and tools, for example: Modified turntables, sawblades, sledgehammers, tape recorders, reel-to-reel players and junk.
