Mindwarp is a young instrumental heavy-psych 3-piece from Italy. Born from the ashes of the Southern Cult stoner/ doom project, Mindwarp is in search of a sound without limits and plenty of room for experimentation.The band's s/t EP offer 4 tracks of proggy psyched out goodness. It starts rough with a sound that grows quickly. I just love it how raw and clear the instruments are on this one, especially the slapping bass. I'm a real sucker for short 'n spacey desert gems and this little EP is definitely one of them. It won't break any records but it is a warm and honest instrumental offering to massage your ears and mind.
