Valentyne Suite = LP = (LP)
Reissue on 180-gram vinyl. Colosseum was one of England's prime progressive jazz-rock outfits. Most of the members had apprenticed in blues bands which shows very strongly on some of the material of Colosseum's second album. 'Valentyne Suite' takes the band out of its bluesy comfort zone into something closer to prog rock. The album is generally seen as the band's strongest release.
