Going Home = LP = (LP)
Second album 'Going Home', from trio TRIPPY WICKED & THE COSMIC CHILDREN OF THE KNIGHT, is nine songs heavily woven with fierce instrumentals and grunge laden vocals. It's a very stoner rock affair, and that'll instantly put off a few, but it's definitely worth digging a little deeper for the modern enhancements to the band's sound. Keeping to some classic rock roots, title track 'Going Home' is a nine minute wonder stacked with riff after riff, leading beautifully into 'Up In Stakes'. Despite the melancholy feel, it still maintains the characteristic rock 'n' roll attributes of the band's sound.
