60s band that enjoyed underground success with a superb cover of Donovan's "Season of the witch" in '66. This 7" was followed by "No presents for me" considered one of the band's finest efforts with a psychedelic beat and some extremely effective backwards fuzz guitar. In '70 they went into the studio, supported by members of HEADS, HANDS AND FEET and FOTHERINGAY. This is a great british psych/pop album with some superb songs and instrumentation that reflects the status of the participants. It's somewhat baffling that an album of this stature remained unreleased so long.
