An excellent selection of Rod's earlier years - prior to total international acclaim. Some are previously unheard takes - like "Maggie May" has an interesting instrumental start before getting into its well known lyrics and melody. Disc 3 is the lesser of this 3 disc pack and has some more modern tracks which do not have such appeal for me as the Discs 1 & 2, ie mid/late 60s and early 70s.
